Visit from the Swedish prime minister

6th of July the Swedish prime minister Stefan Löfven visited the Centre for Rural Medicine in Storuman. The prime minister was given a demonstration and received information about rural medicine and, of course, the Recruit and Retain – Making it Work project!

About the project

From 2011-2018, an international collaboration including academics, human resources professionals, health services administrators, health professionals, and social and cultural development professionals, studied factors related to workforce recruitment and stability in rural and remote environments. Read more »
